St Davids is the UK’s smallest and most perfect city, being hardly any bigger than some of the pretty villages and market towns in Pembrokeshire. St Davids has great walks, galleries, independent shops, cafes, ice cream, and circular walks taking you around the coast and into the Bishops Palace and the Cathedral.
On your route to St David’, stop at the pretty harbour village of Solva and pick up a seafood platter from Mrs Will The Fish.
Narberth is a pretty market town with a good selection of independent shops and a growing reputation as a “foodie destination”. I can recommend Ultracomida; it’s worth the wait for the tapas table.
